service East side pantries
Would you like to help out in servicing our east side pantries? Many donations are left directly in one of our 12 pantries. This job entails visiting each of 6 pantries on the east side of McKinney and collecting donations, checking food quality, and stocking needed items.

This job will take around 1.5 hour start to finish and can be completed anytime between the hours of 7am-12pm for AM service or 3pm - 7pm for PM service.

service west side pantries
Would you like to help out in servicing our west side pantries? Many donations are left directly in one of our 12 pantries. This job entails visiting each of 3 pantries on the west side of McKinney, plus our pet pantry and collecting donations, checking food quality, and stocking needed items.
This job will take around 1.5 hour start to finish and can be completed anytime between the hours of 7am-12pm for AM service or 3pm - 7pm for PM service.
Children are always welcome!
crate filling at the olive branch
Would you like to help out at The Olive Branch? This is our central storehouse and distribution facility. We need people to fill milk crates with a variety of food and toiletries to be ready for those volunteers who are servicing the pantries to pick up. This is a great opportunity and very important as you are ensuring a nice variety of foods are available to be placed in our pantries.

This opportunity takes place solely at The Olive Branch and you will be filling 10-15 crates each time you are there.

Sorting / organizing at the olive branch
Would you like to help out at The Olive Branch? This is our central storehouse and distribution facility. We need people to help us put away donations, check expiration dates and generally keep things neat and organized.

Friday food bags
McKinney Little Free Pantry has partnered together with Holy Family School to provide weekend food bags for families who are struggling. This activity will entail packing up grocery bags and delivering to Holy Family School.
​
This will take about 2 hours and needs to be completed before noon (ish).
